Gladys Blue’s Cracker Dip

Total Time: 45 mins Difficulty: Beginner

When I was growing up, one of my favorite snacks was a cracker dip. My dad and I could eat the entire batch…

With cream cheese and slivers of ham, spread on ritz-type crackers (did anyone else call them applesauce crackers, was that a “me” thing?), it was so good. I never knew the actual name of it – we called it Gladys Blue’s cracker dip because she introduced it to us, probably during some church potluck. #Shoutout Gladys!
