No bake cookies are simple, quick, and loved by everyone in our house. As a kid, they were just no-bakes to us. My husband's family called them Grandpa's Candy. With only a handful of ingredients, these can become a core memory for your family, too!
Layer quick oats, peanut butter, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In a large pot, combine sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk on low heat. Stir regularly until it reaches a low, rolling boil. Turn heat to low, and continue stirring at low rolling boil for 3 mins.
Remove from heat, and pour over quick oats, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir well.
Drop cookies by spoonful onto waxed paper. It will take about 30 mins for them to cool and firm up.
