Ingredients
1tbsp Cooking oil
1lb Ground Beef
1bag Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
1bag Asian ramen noodles ((not instant ramen))
1/2cup Soy Sauce
2tbsp Brown Sugar
2tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3tbsp Minced Garlic
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet

Add frozen stir fry veggies & cook until tender

Remove from skillet and brown ground beef until no pink. Drain fat & return veggies to skillet. Set aside.

Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and chili sauce (optional).

In a separate sauce pan, bring water to a boil and add ramen noodles. Cook for 2 minute and drain.

Slowly add noodles to the ground beef & veggie skillet, mixing as you add. If you add it all at once, the noodles don't separate well when combining with ground beef & veggies.
