Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 bag Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
  • 1 bag Asian ramen noodles ((not instant ramen))
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet
  2. Add frozen stir fry veggies & cook until tender
  3. Remove from skillet and brown ground beef until no pink. Drain fat & return veggies to skillet. Set aside.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and chili sauce (optional).
  5. In a separate sauce pan, bring water to a boil and add ramen noodles. Cook for 2 minute and drain.
  6. Slowly add noodles to the ground beef & veggie skillet, mixing as you add. If you add it all at once, the noodles don't separate well when combining with ground beef & veggies.
  7. Pour sauce over veggies, noodles, & ground beef.
  8. Toss until complete combined.
